Sending offers from the WhatsApp Business app means broadcast lists, a phone in your hand and no idea who actually received the message. Sending the same message from your personal account to hundreds of people is worse: it is the fastest way to get a number banned.
Campaigns use approved templates
On the official WhatsApp Business API, a message your business sends first must be an approved template. You write it once, add variables such as the customer’s first name, and Meta reviews it, usually within a day. Templates can include an image, video or document, and buttons.
Choose exactly who receives it
Send to contacts already in WhatsRay, to lists such as “Wholesale”, to tags such as “Kandy”, or upload a CSV or Excel file. Extra columns in your file, such as “Amount due”, become personal values for that campaign.
Check before you send
The review step shows how many people will receive it, leaves out opted-out contacts, sends duplicates once and warns you about blank values, such as contacts without a first name. Send a test to your own phone first, then send now or schedule it.
See what happened
The report shows sent, delivered, read and failed, with the reason for each failure. Retry failed messages with one click, or download every recipient and their status as an Excel file.
Follow the rules and your limits grow
Meta limits how many people a business can message first each day, and raises the limit when people respond well. Send only to customers who agreed to hear from you, keep messages relevant, and make it easy to opt out. Fewer blocks and reports keep your quality rating high.
Meta charges per delivered message by template category: marketing messages cost more than utility ones, so use the right category for each message.
