Every extra step between “I’m interested” and “I’ve messaged you” loses customers. Saving a number, opening WhatsApp and typing a first message is three steps too many.
Short links people can remember
A WhatsRay short link opens a WhatsApp chat with your number, with a message already typed in, for example “Hi! I saw your ad and I’d like to know more.” Choose a word people remember, such as “sale” or “book-now”, and use it in social posts, ads, emails and email signatures.
QR codes for the real world
Each short link comes with a QR code. Put it on flyers, packaging, receipts, shop counters and delivery bags. A customer scans it and the chat opens, message ready to send. Because the link may already be printed, it can’t be changed after you create it, so pick the word carefully.
A WhatsApp button on your website
The website chat button shows a floating WhatsApp icon. Visitors tap it, see your business name and greeting, type a message and continue the chat in WhatsApp. Add the code to your site once, before the closing </body> tag, or with a WordPress plugin or Google Tag Manager. Changes you make in WhatsRay show on your site within a few minutes, without touching the code again.
Answer fast when they arrive
Links and buttons bring chats; quick answers turn them into sales. A welcome message, keyword flows and an AI bot can reply instantly, even at night, while your team picks up the conversations that need a person.
